Today's featured job is a data recovery process on a
portable / external hard drive.
The computer could not read any data
left on the hard disc. We have checked the hard disk externally and
internally both physically and with HD Sentinel data recovery software.
We ran tests, recovered and backed up all data. Then the GA engineer
formatted and tested the hard disc. Copied all the data, which were
previously backed up and finally he tested the hard drive again.
